Recently, Briggs & Stratton purchased some assets from Murray, Inc. Briggs & Stratton is currently working on migrating these assets (i.e. parts, accessories, etc.) to our parts numbering system. Unfortunately, not all Murray parts will be available for sale through Briggs & Stratton. To purchase Murray Parts:

In the United States ONLY:

1. Your best source for Murray parts is your local Murray Service Center.
2. If your Murray dealer is unable to assist you, please contact the Authorized Murray Area Distributor that is responsible for your state.
3. *Limited Murray parts and accessories MAY be available through Briggs & Stratton’s online shopping cart website (Briggs Power Shop). This service is only available to the contiguous 48 States (NOT including Hawaii and Alaska).

*Please keep in mind, in order to purchase Murray parts, you will need the Murray part number and then add the letters "MA" to the end of the number in order for your order to be accepted.

Example: old Murray part number 7601092 now becomes 7601092MA

To obtain your original Murray part number, first find the Murray Model number found on your equipment label.

1) Look at your Murray Parts List and identify the Murray part number you need.

2) Visit our Briggs Power Shop and select Repair Parts

3) Type in your Murray part number (don’t forget to add MA at the end) and proceed through the online shopping process.
